Establish administrative systems, develop budget projections, create website and branding, and guide community engagement and enrollment efforts.

Team & Board Development
Identify and train board members, provide governance training, and guide leadership hiring for Head of School and staff.

Operations & Launch Preparation
Customize AdArtes model handbooks, order curriculum, provide enrollment and administrative training, and conduct site visits during launch year.
V
Launch & Ongoing Consulting
Assist with parent information nights, provide weekly video call consulting meetings, and support leadership with ongoing adjustments.
