Planting a school is a work of years, not weeks. Our five-phase process gives founders a proven path — and ClassicalOS gives the new school its operational backbone from day one. Leading an established school toward the classical tradition? The same phases adapt to meet you where you are.
Creating Partnership
We begin with foundations: open communication and shared values. Together we review the scope of services, draft the partnership agreement, align on mission, and set the milestones that will govern the journey ahead.
Infrastructure & Foundation
The essential structures of a durable school: board development, financial systems and budgeting, marketing strategy, and implementation of ClassicalOS as the school's operational platform.
Leadership & Team Development
A school is its people. We guide the selection of the head of school, the formation of governance councils, faculty recruitment, and administrative hiring — assembling a team aligned to the mission.
Operations & Launch Preparation
Systems are finalized: family and faculty handbooks, enrollment processes, and training. Leadership receives a five-week intensive followed by monthly coaching; faculty development workshops continue for two full years.
Launch & Ongoing Support
Doors open. We support enrollment execution, hold monthly consulting check-ins, adapt plans as reality teaches, and remain a partner as the school takes root and grows.
